A. Yes. We manufacture high quality custom and standard cabinetry for North America, as well as for Japan and other specialized export markets. In Japan, we are unique in that we can produce North American-style kitchens to Japanese specifications, which results in problem-free installation and significant savings.

Q. Do you produce "Green" kitchens and cabinets?

A. Yes, our cabinets are manufactured from Sustainable Design Fiberboard. This is an MDF board made with formaldehyde-free adhesives from 100% recycled wood fiber.

A. Yes. Our experienced in-house sales and design team will work with you to create kitchens and cabinetry that is tailor-made to satisfy your every requirement. Our 9-point Total Customer Satisfaction Program is designed to ensure that you receive the cabinets of your Dreams.

Q. What kind of a warranty do you offer?

A. Pacific Rim Cabinets offers a limited 10-year warranty on all original manufactured components and finishing. We use Blum hardware and fittings for our cabinets which feature a manufacturer's Life Time Warranty.

Q. I cannot find the wood species, door style, stain colour or specific finishing option that I want on your website. Can you accommodate my special requirements?

A. Our website lists our standards. If you are unable to find the wood species, door style, colour or finishing that meets your requirements, Pacific Rim Cabinets will be pleased to produce your project according to your personal specifications.

Q. Custom-made cabinets sound expensive. How can I afford them?

A. Our unique manufacturing process is designed to offer maximum flexibility in producing 'personalized' cabinetry without stopping production. This allows us to modify standard cabinets to meet special requirements at a very reasonable cost.
