Neville Jewell, V.P. Manufacturing
Neville is a hands-on professional with over 20 years of cumulative experience in Operations Management. His strategic thinking and extensive experience in Lean manufacturing principles have led to continuous improvement initiatives resulting in achieving significant productivity gains for Pacific Rim Cabinets. Neville is the principal driving force behind PRC's Wood Mark Quality Assurance Program.

Kent Mayo, Plant Manager
Kent joined Pacific Rim Cabinets during its first year of operations. Over his many years with PRC, his innovative approach to cabinet manufacturing has led to greatly enhanced Technical and Quality Standards. As Plant Manager, Kent leads by example and directs a talented group of staff in our daily operations. Our design team frequently draws upon his knowledge and experience to turn your special requests into reality.
